摘要

主机架是采煤机的主要基础部件,在整机中起着上承下连的作用,采煤机的联接与主要作用力均由坚固的主机架来承担着,故主机架的质量直接关系着采煤机整机的质量和使用性能.基于此,针对930 kW采煤机从外观整备到内部传动实现工艺优化和质量管控进行改进设计,提高工艺保证能力,增加产品的可靠性,最终达到提升930 kW采煤机整机质量并在公司同类结构产品上推广使用的预期目标.

Abstract

The main frame is the main basic part of the coal mining machine,which plays the role of upper bearing and lower connecting in the whole machine.The connection and the main force of the coal mining machine are bome by the strong main frame,so the quality of the main frame is directly related to the quality and the performance of the whole coal mining machine.The improvement of the 930 kW coal mining machine from the appearance of the whole machine to the internal drive to achieve process optimisation and quality control,improve the process assurance ability,increase product reliability,and ultimately achieve the expected goal of improving the quality of the 930 kW coal mining machine and promoting the use of similar structure products in the company.
