摘要
在综采工作面中,液压支架扮演着非常重要的角色,其能够直接决定煤矿生产和综采流程的质量.液压支架系统在工作中可能发生多种故障,且存在不同影响因素.基于此,分析综采面液压支架工作特点和诊断技术,分析常见的综采面液压支架故障,探讨处理综采面液压支架故障的方法.
Abstract
In the comprehensive mining face,hydraulic support plays a very important role,which can directly determine the quality of coal mine production and comprehensive mining process.The hydraulic support system may have many kinds of failures in the work,and there are different influencing factors.Based on this,this paper will firstly analyse the working characteristics and diagnostic technology of the hydraulic support in the comprehensive mining face,then analyse the common hydraulic support faults in the comprehensive mining face,and finally discuss the methods to deal with the faults of the hydraulic support in the comprehensive mining face.
