The assembly quality of automobile gearbox is one of the key indexes of automobile comfort,in order to solve the current problem of insufficient assembly accuracy of gearbox,the key influencing factor is the thickness of adjusting shims by analysing the structure of gearbox,the factors affecting the measurement accuracy are analysed and the parameter corrections are made by using the compensation method to set up a new assembly dimensional chain,and the measurement mechanism of the gearbox and the measuring mechanism of the gearbox shell are designed,and the verification shows that this measurement technology has significantly improved the assembly quality of gearbox,which makes the gearbox have a better quality of assembly.The verification shows that the measurement technology obviously improves the assembly quality of the gearbox and makes the gearbox have higher reliability and comfort.
