煤矿用液压支架顶梁结构的焊接变形控制研究

以ZY8640/25.5/55型液压支架顶梁结构为研究对象,对液压支架主要结构及尺寸进行简要介绍的基础上,引出顶梁结构焊接变形问题.提出顶梁结构的TANDEM双丝焊工艺,并对焊接工艺参数进行详细设计.通过焊接试验发现相邻主筋板之间的变形量最大值为3.83mm,达到了最大变形量不超过4mm 的基本要求.验证了提出的焊接工艺是有效的,达到了控制顶梁结构焊接变形的效果.
Research on the Welding Deformation Control of the Roof Beam Structure of Hydraulic Support for Coal Mines
Taking the welding deformation phenomenon of the roof beam structure of ZY8640/25.5/55 hydraulic support as the research object,the welding deformation of the roof beam structure is introduced on the basis of a brief introduction to the main structure and dimensions of the hydraulic support.The TANDEM double wire welding process for the roof beam structure is proposed,and the welding process parameters are designed in detail.Through the welding test,it is found that the maximum value of deformation between adjacent main reinforcement plates is 3.83 mm,which meets the basic requirement that the maximum deformation does not exceed 4 mm.So the proposed welding process is effective and achieves the effect of controlling the welding deformation of the top beam structure.
