摘要

针对矿井使用的MG900/2400-WD型采煤机、SGZ1000/3×1200型刮板输送机的系统控制需求,搭建起采煤机与刮板输送机协同控制系统.测试结果表明:通过协同调速技术的应用,可有效降低刮板输送机20%~30%的无效机械损耗及电能损耗,单台设备年度维护费用可节省约2.5万元,技术经济效益显著,实现了预期的研究目的.

Abstract

Aiming at the system control requirements of MG900/2400-WD coal mining machine and SGZ1000/3×1200 scraper conveyor used in the mine,the cooperative control system of coal mining machine and scraper conveyor is set up.The test results show that:through the application of cooperative speed control technology,it can effectively reduce the ineffective mechanical loss and electric energy loss of the scraper conveyor by about 20%~30%,and the annual maintenance cost of a single piece of equipment can be saved by about 25,000 yuan,with significant technical and economic benefits,and it has achieved the expected purpose of the research.
