激扰下高速列车外圈滚道接触载荷特性分析

为了提高对高速列车外圈滚道接触载荷特性的认识,建立了由轴承参数组成的车辆-轨道仿真模型,对轴承不同部件间的作用关系进行了深入探讨,计算得到滚子滚道的接触载荷参数,根据统计特征指标测试轨道激扰与各车速状态下形成的滚子滚道接触载荷。研究结果表明,位于0与附近区域中的无激扰接触载荷均值比有激扰结果略高,有激扰条件下的接触载荷均值比无激扰更高。滚子和外圈区域内接触载荷均值处于不同速度级下趋势相近,未产生显著差距。该研究为后续的减震设备的优化奠定一定的理论基础。
Analysis of Contact Load Characteristics of Outer Ring Raceway of High-Speed Train under Excitations
In order to improve the understanding of the contact load characteristics of the outer raceway of high-speed trains,a vehicle-rail simulation model consisting of bearing parameters is established,the role of different parts of the bearing relationship is discussed in depth,the contact load parameters of the roller raceway are calculated,and the contact load of the roller raceway formed by the track excitation and each speed state is tested according to the statistical characteristic index.The results of the study show that the average value of the contact load without excitation located in the region between 0 and nearby is slightly higher than the result with excitation,and the average value of the contact load under the condition of excitation is higher than that without excitation.The trend of the mean values of contact loads in the roller and outer ring regions at different speed levels is similar and does not produce a significant difference.This study lays a certain theoretical foundation for the subsequent optimisation of vibration damping equipment.
