摘要
提出了一种高精度性能仿真模型搭建方法,分析油液弹性模量变化、管路内能量损失、伺服阀零位偏移等因素对性能的影响机制,以等效阻尼、等效弹簧的形式修正基本功能模型,从而搭建航空液压作动器的高精度性能仿真模型.并基于斜坡响应试验验证了仿真模型的精度,达到92%以上,证明了高精度建模方法的可靠性.
Abstract
A high-precision performance simulation model construction method is proposed to analyse the influence mechanism of fluid elastic modulus change,energy loss in pipeline,servo valve zero position offset and other factors on the performance,and amend the basic functional model in the form of equivalent damping and equivalent spring,so as to build a high-precision performance simulation model of aviation hydraulic actuator.And the accuracy of the simulation model is verified based on the slope response test,which reaches more than 92%,proving the reliability of the high-precision modelling method of the article.
