Inverse Seeking Method to Find the Force of the Variable-Span Outrigger of Truck Crane Based on Analytic Method and Its Algorithm Realization
Due to construction requirements,the extension and extension of the outriggers of the truck crane cannot be kept consistent in the confined space,and its lifting capacity cannot be calculated in real time,which has a great impact on the lifting operations of the crane.This paper presents an algorithm for outrigger pressure of a truck crane with variable span,and introduces the calculation principle,load,and calculation model of this method in detail.Finally,the experimental verification proves that the theoretical calculation of the algorithm is very close to the measured value.This method has certain guiding significance to engineering practice.In addition,using Visual Studio software as a tool,a convenient calculation program was developed to provide a simple method for calculating the reaction force of the variable span outrigger of a truck crane,and optimize the working conditions of the truck crane.
