In view of the damage phenomenon of the thrust bearing of the gasoline engine turbocharger, this article takes a certain type of turbocharger as a study and uses CFD fluid software to analyze the general rules of the change of the rotor axial force with the rotation speed and mass flow..Construct a three-dimensional model of the turbocharger rotor system, then use ICEM to mesh the three-dimensional model, and finally use the CFX solver to conduct numerical analysis and simulation of the turbine field and impeller field under three different speed conditions..The analysis results show that:the axial force at both ends of the rotor system increases with the increase of rotation speed, and the resultant axial force of the turbocharger continues to increase;at the same time, the study found that the axial force at the turbine end increases with the increase of mass flow rate, and the axial force at the compressor end increases..But gradually decreases, and the two changing trends are exactly the opposite;at the same speed, the axial resultant force of the supercharger decreases with the increase of mass flow;the mass flow remains unchanged, and the axial force of the turbine end and compressor end both increases with the increase of rotation speed.
