液驱风力发电机组转速线性化控制及优化研究

通过风速传感器实时监测风速,并传送到控制器中,结合定量泵转速状态计算风力发电机组模型对结果跟踪,实现精确调节变量马达转速效果。研究结果表明,无论稳速还是变速下,马达转速动态表现出来稳定的变化规律,整体在1 500 r/min上下波动,表明测试的结果是准确的。稳速下,加入节流阀调节转速前后,马达转速输出波动从±5 r/min降为±2 r/min;变速下,加入节流阀调节转速前后,马达转速输出波动从±15 r/min降为±5 r/min,具有很高的控制稳定性。该研究对提高风电设备运行稳定性具有很好的理论意义,易于推广应用。
Liquid-Driven Wind Turbine Speed Linearisation Control and Optimisation Study
The wind speed sensor monitors the wind speed in real time and transmits it to the controller,which is combined with the quantitative pump speed state to calculate the wind turbine model to track the results and achieve the effect of precisely regulating the variable motor speed.The research results show that,whether under steady speed or variable speed,the motor speed dynamics show a stable change rule,the overall fluctuation in the 1 500 r/min up and down,indicating that the results of the test is accurate.Under steady speed,before and after adding throttle valve to adjust the speed,the motor speed output fluctuation is reduced from±5 r/min to±2 r/min;under variable speed,before and after adding throttle valve to adjust the speed,the motor speed output fluctuation is reduced from±15 r/min to±5 r/min,which is of high control stability.This research has good theoretical significance to improve the operation stability of wind power equipment,and is easy to promote the application.
