Influence of Case Assembly Tolerances on Mechanical Properties of Gearboxes
The orthogonal test method and finite element analysis method are briefly described,the tolerance of gearbox body is studied,and the parametric model with tolerance is established,the finite element simulation is carried out by using ANSYS,and the influence of assembly tolerance on the mechanical properties of gearbox is obtained,which lays a foundation for further research on the selection of tolerance.
