电梯运行速度对轿厢气动力和流场流动规律影响研究

为实现高速电梯轿厢的平稳运行,降低活塞效应对井道内空气流动的影响,通过建立电梯井道-轿厢模型,分析速度对轿厢气动力、流场的影响,结果表明,当一部轿厢静止,另一部轿厢由远及近接近时,在匀速阶段中,运行轿厢附近空气的流动速度不断增大,且沿竖直方向的气动阻力逐渐增大,而静止轿厢气动阻力几乎为0;当两部轿厢以同等速度相向运动时,轿厢运行前方为正压,轿厢两侧、运行后方的流场为负压。
Study on the Influence of Elevator Running Speed on the Aerodynamic and Flow Laws of Carriage and Fluid Field
In order to achieve the smooth operation of high-speed lift car,reduce the piston effect on the air flow in the shaft,through the establishment of the lift shaft-car model,analysis of the speed of the car aerodynamic force,flow field effects:when a car is stationary,the other car is approaching from far away,in the uniform phase,the running car near the flow of air velocity increases,and along the vertical direction of the aerodynamic resistance gradually increases,while the stationary car aerodynamic resistance is increasing,and the air flow velocity in the vertical direction is increasing,while the air flow in the vertical direction is increasing.The aerodynamic resistance of the stationary car is almost 0;when the two cars move in opposite directions with the same speed,the front of the running car is positive pressure,and the flow field on both sides of the car and the back of the running car is negative pressure.
