摘要
离心通风机在煤矿通风系统中具有广泛的应用,对煤矿的安全具有重要的作用.离心通风机使用过程中产生的振动对自身的使用具有较大的影响,蜗舌结构对离心通风机的振动具有直接的影响作用.采用有限元仿真分析的形式对不同的蜗舌安装间距及蜗舌倾角的影响作用进行分析,从而降低离心通风机的振动.
Abstract
Centrifugal ventilator has a wide range of applications in coal mine ventilation system,which plays an important role in the safety of coal mine.The vibration generated during the use of centrifugal ventilator has a greater impact on its own use,and the worm tongue structure has a direct impact on the vibration of centrifugal ventilator.The finite element simulation analysis is used to analyse the effects of different tongue installation spacing and tongue inclination,so as to reduce the vibration of the centrifugal ventilator.
