带式输送机是进行煤矿输送的重要设备,在长距离的输送过程中,托辊是进行输送带支撑的重要组件。托辊的性能对带式输送机的运行具有重要的影响作用,不同材质的托辊性能表现不同,从而影响带式输送机的使用。采用有限元仿真的形式对金属及尼龙托辊的应力及变形作用进行分析,结果表明,尼龙托辊具有较优的整体性能,可以保证带式输送机的稳定运行。
Comparative Analysis of the Performance of Different Material Rollers for a Belt Conveyor
Belt conveyor is an important equipment for coal mine conveying,and in the long-distance conveying process,the rollers are an important component to support the conveyor belt.The performance of the rollers has an important influence on the operation of the belt conveyor,and the performance of the rollers made of different materials is different,thus affecting the use of the belt conveyor.The stress and deformation of metal and nylon rollers are analysed by finite element simulation,and the results show that the nylon rollers have better overall performance,which can ensure the stable operation of the belt conveyor.
