Failure Analysis of Pin Connection of ZY12000/28/63 Hydraulic Bracket
Aiming at the research of ZY12000/28/63 hydraulic bracket,on the basis of determining its structure and technical parameters,a finite element model is established to analyse the overall structure of the hydraulic bracket,as well as the pin connection structure of the hydraulic bracket,firstly,through the force analysis to determine the four pin holes which are the focus of the research,and then according to the distribution of stress in the four pin holes to determine that there is a Secondly,according to the stress distribution of the four pin holes,it is determined that the above pin holes have the risk of connection failure.On this basis,through the analysis of the deformation amount of each pinhole position,the failure characteristics and risk areas of the pin connection area are determined,with a view to providing reference for the subsequent possible optimisation of hydraulic bracket operations.
