Static Analysis of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor Redirecting Roller
Taking DLL160/400/4×900 coal mine belt conveyor as an example,the static mechanical analysis of belt conveyor redirecting roller is analyzed.When applying this method,the corresponding simulation model is constructed first,and then from the aspects of static mechanics,weld stress and fatigue life,etc.,the operating state of the belt conveyor reversing roller is analyzed comprehensively to determine the weak point of the reversing roller,and finally the effect of the application of the method of static analysis is evaluated by way of examples,so as to provide support for the design of the reversing roller of the belt conveyor of coal mines.
