Mechanical Analysis of Key Components of Gas Extraction Drilling,Punching and Expanding Integrated Hydraulic Drilling Rig
In order to further investigate the mechanical characteristics of gas extraction drilling,punching and expanding integrated hydraulic drilling rig,combined with the needs of local gas control under the conditions of a complex mine,the drilling,punching and expanding integrated equipment is constructed,and its main parameters are clarified.Based on this,the simulation model of the equipment is established,and finite element analysis is carried out on the four key components of the equipment,namely,slide lock,drill bit,pin and connecting rod.The results show that the stress and deformation of the above four key components are at a low level,which basically do not have any influence on the actual operation.On the basis of this,the simulation experimental test of the integrated drilling,punching and expanding equipment shows that the equipment has an advantage in the main index of drilling cross-sectional area,and the reaming effect is better,which has potential application value.
