关于ZT6500型煤矿液压支架三维结构模型有限元分析

摘要
液压支架是煤矿生产的重要设备,其设计和制造水平直接影响煤矿的安全生产和经济效益.以ZT6500/19.5/34液压支架为研究对象,利用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立了简化液压支架样机及其1∶5模型的三维实体模型,在ANSYS软件中导入三维实体模型,利用ANSYS软件对该型液压支架样机及其1∶5模型进行了基础扭转工况下的强度试验.找到了该型简化液压支架样机及其1∶5模型相应的总位移分布规律和等效应力分布规律,确定了该型简化液压支架样机与其1∶5模型的总位移和等效应力的比例关系.
Abstract
Hydraulic support is an important equipment for coal mine production,and its design and manufacturing level directly affects the safety production and economic benefits of coal mine.Taking ZT6500/19.5/34 hydraulic bracket as an example,the 3D solid model of the simplified hydraulic bracket prototype and its 1∶5 model was established by using 3D modeling software SolidWorks,and the 3D solid model was imported into ANSYS software,which was used to carry out a strength test under the base torsion condition of the prototype of this type of hydraulic bracket and its 1∶5 model.The corresponding total displacement distribution law and equivalent force distribution law of the simplified hydraulic support prototype and its 1∶5 model were found,and the proportional relationship between the total displacement and equivalent force of the simplified hydraulic support prototype and its 1∶5 model was determined.
