Flexibility and Fatigue Analysis of Curved Seats of Coal Screening Arc Screen Panels
Based on the working principle of coal screening arc screen,a method of softening and fatigue analysis of arc seat of coal screening arc screen plate will be proposed.This method requires the construction of a model of the arc seat of the screen plate of the coal screening arc,based on which the flexural and fatigue analyses of the arc seat of the screen plate of the coal screening arc are carried out,and the results of the analyses verify the validity of the method,while the service life of the arc seat of the screen plate of the coal screening arc can be confirmed.In addition,this method will be applied to engineering practice,so as to examine and analyse the service life of various types of coal screening arc seats.
