Failure Form Analysis of ZY1200/28/63 Hydraulic Support Structure
In order to explore the failure causes of hydraulic support structural parts in coal mining support operations,this paper takes ZY1200/28/63 hydraulic support as the research object,establishes its finite element analysis model,and defines the stress distribution characteristics of two typical structural parts in the hydraulic support base and top beam through simulation analysis method,so as to determine the failure forms of the hydraulic support structural parts.It is determined that the hydraulic support structure has more complex failure forms under different operating conditions,so as to provide reference for the subsequent optimization work of hydraulic support structure.
