摘要
以国产齿轨轮和进口齿轨轮为研究对象,结合两种重型采煤机齿轨轮的参数特征,分别构建有限元分析模型,由此开展有限元仿真分析,并分别从标准中心距、最大中心距、最小中心距等多种条件下的软肋齿轨轮销排啮合情况进行仿真分析,实现两种齿轨轮的分析对比,最终根据有限元分析结果选用出一种最佳齿轨轮参数方案,并将此方案应用于工程实践.
Abstract
The domestic toothed rail wheel and the imported toothed rail wheel as the research object respectively,combined with the parameter characteristics of the two kinds of heavy coal mining machine toothed rail wheel,respectively construct the finite element analysis model,thus carry out the finite element simulation analysis,and respectively,from the standard center distance,the largest center distance,the smallest center distance,etc.under a variety of conditions of the soft ribs of the toothed rail wheel pin mesh rows simulation analysis,to achieve the two kinds of analysis of the toothed rail wheel compared to the final analysis of the two kinds of toothed rail wheels,and ultimately according to the Finally,according to the finite element analysis results,an optimal toothed rail wheel parameter program is selected,and this program is applied to engineering practice.
