针对掘进工作面在巷道掘进时需要按时统计掘进的进尺距离,目前多数矿井仍采用人工测量统计的问题,在掘进完成后,使用卷尺、全栈仪、激光测距仪等设备进行人工测绘,再通过手工记录,最后输入到计算机中进行数据记录。介绍了一种基于编码器与激光雷达相融合的掘进进尺统计方法,并进行了实际测试和记录。
Research on Automatic Statistics of Digging Footage Based on Multi-Sensor Fusion
In response to the need for on-time statistics on the distance of the digging in the roadway when digging in the face,at present,most mines still use manual measurement and statistics.After the digging is completed,the equipment such as tape measure,full stack meter,laser range finder and so on are used to carry out manual measurement and mapping,and then recorded by hand,and finally inputted into the computer for data recording.A method of digging footage statistics based on the fusion of encoder and LiDAR is introduced,and actual testing and recording is carried out.
