以SGB420/30刮板输送机为研究对象,介绍一种刮板输送机中部槽磨粒磨损试验方法。根据中部槽、煤层相关参数构建出DEM-MBD双向耦合模型,然后以此为基础,分别从煤质因素、运输条件因素两个方面出发,模拟分析了中部槽磨粒磨损情况,以此确定出影响中部槽磨损的主要因素,为中部槽的优化设计提供支持,延长中部槽使用寿命,提升整个刮板输送机在煤矿开采中的作用。
Experimental Study of Abrasive Wear in the Center Channel of a Scraper Conveyor
Taking SGB420/30 scraper conveyor as an example,a test method of abrasive wear in the center channel of scraper conveyor is introduced.The DEM-MBD two-way coupling model is constructed according to the relevant parameters of the central trough and the coal seam,and then,based on this,the abrasive wear of the central trough is simulated and analyzed from the aspects of coal quality and transportation conditions,so as to determine the main factors affecting the abrasion of the central trough and provide support for the optimal design of the central trough,extend the service life of the central trough,and improve the role of the whole scraper conveyor in the coal mine.The role of the whole scraper machine in coal mining.
