Stress Analysis of Coal Mining Machine Traveling Wheel Based on ABAQUS Software
A four-wheeled coal mining machine walking wheel mechanism design scheme is introduced,and based on this,the simulation model is constructed by ABAQUS,and the stress distribution characteristics of the walking wheel during the operation of the four-wheeled coal mining machine walking wheel mechanism are verified from the perspectives of the bending stress and the contact stress through the finite element analysis method,which preliminarily confirms the validity of the design scheme.At the same time,in order to further confirm the application effectiveness of the design scheme of the traveling wheel mechanism of the four walking wheel coal mining machine,the design scheme will also be applied to engineering practice in the study.
