摘要
大型转子深孔加工技术已成为重型装备制造领域的重要研究方向,其加工质量和加工效率对转子的性能、使用寿命和制造成本有着重要影响.基于此,对大型转子深孔加工工艺的研究具有重要的实际意义,结合实际生产情况,针对大型转子的深孔加工工艺展开深入研究,探讨有效的加工方法和工艺优化策略.
Abstract
Large rotor deep hole machining technology has become an important research direction in the field of heavy equipment manufacturing,and its machining quality and machining efficiency have an important impact on the performance,service life and manufacturing cost of the rotor.Therefore,the study of large rotor deep hole machining process has important practical significance,combined with the actual production situation,for large rotor deep hole machining process to carry out in-depth research,to explore'effective processing methods and process optimisation strategies.
