基于某四代核反应堆换料设备研制要求,对其全周期研发过程及方法进行了分析和研究,提出了适应于核安全机械设备的研发阶段划分方法、设计准则制定和六性设计分析方法、试验验证阶段关键部件及样机所需完成的试验项目以及设计定型阶段综合技术评价的编制方法等,以期进一步规范核安全机械设备研发过程、控制研发质量,进而提高四代核反应堆系统的安全性和可靠性,并为国内核电设备研发从业人员完成高质量研发提供一定的参考和借鉴.
Research and Development Process and Methods of Nuclear Safety Machinery and Equipment
Based on the requirements of the development of a fourth-generation nuclear reactor refueling equipment,the full-cycle R&D process and methods were analyzed and studied,and the R&D stage division method suitable for nuclear safety machinery and equipment,the formulation of design criteria and the analysis method of six-character design,the test items to be completed in the test verification stage and the preparation method of comprehensive technical evaluation in the design finalization stage were proposed,so as to further standardize the R&D process of nuclear safety machinery and equipment and control the quality of R&D.In addition,the safety and reliability of the fourth-generation nuclear reactor system will be improved,and a certain reference and reference will be provided for domestic nuclear power equipment R&D practitioners to complete high-quality R&D.
