客车轮对跑合故障检测台的设计与应用

设计一套基于传感系统实现诊断结果可视化的客车轮对跑合轴承故障检测系统,从而降低人为干预,实现健康状态准确判别。轴承故障诊断系统集信号采集、数据处理、特征提取和状态检测于一体,借助加速度传感器和采集卡获取轴承振动实时信息,而后通过算法对振动信息进行处理,将所得结果与预设的无故障轴承振动信息特征阈值比较,实现轴箱轴承的健康状态实时判别,并将判别结果可视化展示。利用检测台开展振动信号采集、信号处理等实验。实验结果表明,该检测台所采集的信息数据是可靠的,可为后续高敏感度的正常样本阈值的确定和高准确率的诊断模型提供保障。
Design and Application of Running-in Fault Detection Station for Passenger Vehicle Wheel Pairs
This paper designed a bus wheelset running-in bearing fault detection system based on the sensing system to achieve the visualisation of diagnostic results,so as to reduce human intervention and realise the accurate identification of health status.The bearing fault diagnosis system integrates signal acquisition,data processing,feature extraction and state detection.With the help of acceleration sensors and acquisition cards to obtain real-time information on bearing vibration,the vibration information is processed by algorithms,and the results are compared with the preset threshold value of vibration information of trouble-free bearings to realise real-time identification of axlebox bearings'state of health,and the results of the identification are displayed in a visual way.Using the test bench to carry out vibration signal acquisition,signal processing and other experiments.The experimental results show that the information data collected by the test bench is reliable,which can provide a guarantee for the subsequent determination of the threshold value of normal samples with high sensitivity and the diagnostic model with high accuracy.
