基于小波分析的风电机组齿轮箱振动信号识别方法设计

以小波分析为核心,研究了一种新型风电机组齿轮箱振动信号识别方法。通过对风电机组齿轮箱振动信号进行小波变换,能有效地提取信号中关键特征,并利用这些特征进行故障诊断。结果表明,该方法能显著提高齿轮箱故障识别的准确率和可靠性,为风电机组的维护与优化提供了新技术途径。
Design of Wavelet Analysis Based Vibration Signal Identification Method for Wind Turbine Gearboxes
A new vibration signal identification method for wind turbine gearbox is studied with wavelet analysis as the core.By performing wavelet transform on the vibration signals of wind turbine gearboxes,key features in the signals can be effectively extracted,and these features are used for fault diagnosis.The results show that the method can significantly improve the accuracy and reliability of gearbox fault identification,which provides a new technical way for the maintenance and optimisation of wind turbines.
