Design and Application of Screw Assembly Line for Smoke Exhaust Pipe
The range hood is a kind of household appliance to purify the kitchen environment,which has been widely used in household life.The Smoke exhaust pipe is used as the exhaust channel of cooking oil smoke,it is an important part of the range hood.This article is based on the mass production of smoke exhaust pipe,analyzes the screw production process of smoke exhaust pipe,designs a double-arm manipulator for the automatic handling of smoke exhaust pipe,selects other appropriate equipment to form an assembly line,and realizes the unmanned production of smoke exhaust pipe;The production test of the smoke exhaust pipe screw assembly line can be carried out continuously,stably and reliably.The product qualification rate is more than 99％,the production cycle is shortened to 8S,and the single shift output is increased to 1.5 times of the original.
