摘要
提供了一种基于NX后处理构造器的四轴车铣复合加工中心后处理程序开发方法,以机床操作手册为指导,结合现场的实际操作需求,完成四轴车铣复合加工中心的后处理程序制作,并且通过了实际的切削测试.
Abstract
A post-processing program development method based on NX post-processing constructor for four-axis turning and milling composite machining centre is provided.Guided by the machine tool operation manual and combining with the actual operation requirements on site,the post-processing program of four-axis turning and milling composite machining centre is completed,and it has passed the actual cutting test.
