摘要

纤维开松上胶机是滤棒成型机组的一部分,通过空气开松和机械开松把醋酸纤维均匀蓬松地展开,以便在纤维滤棒成型机被包裹卷制成滤棒.人机交互界面又称HMI,是实现人与机器交互信息的界面.因此,对纤维开松上胶机的功能进行分析后确定了系统的组织架构和界面布局及风格,之后采用TwinCAT HMI软件进行人机交互界面设计并基于ADS通信协议与倍福控制器进行通信.最终完成人机交互界面的设计与开发,各项功能均正常.

Abstract

Fiber opening and gluing machine is a part of the filter rod forming unit,which spreads the acetate fibre evenly and fluffily through air opening and mechanical opening,so that it can be wrapped and rolled into filter rods in the fiber rod forming machine.Human-machine interface,also known as HMI,is an interface that enables human-machine interaction.Therefore,after analysing the functions of the fibre loosening and gluing machine,the organisation structure of the system and the layout and style of the interface are determined,and then the TwinCAT HMI software is used for the design of the HMI and the communication with the Peflex controller based on the ADS communication protocol.The design and development of the HMI was finally completed,and all the functions were normal.
