轨道几何形位对于列车运行安全极为重要。基于CPⅢ轨道几何形位静态检测时需对全站仪设站跟踪传统轨检小车上的棱镜,作业烦琐且会产生一定的测量误差。通过利用改进的轨检小车上安装全站仪捕捉CPⅣ基准网点棱镜进行轨道几何形位静态检测,并利用欧拉角与刚体一般运动规律对该系统进行数学建模,可较快算出轨道被检测点以及中线坐标,提高测量精度以及效率。
Improved Design of Track 3D Inspection System Based on CPⅣ Network
Track geometry is extremely important for train operation safety.Based on CP Ⅲ track geometry static detection of the total station needs to be set up to track the traditional rail inspection trolley prism,operation is cumbersome and will produce a certain measurement error.Through the use of improved track inspection trolley installed total station to capture the CP Ⅳ reference point prism for track geometry static detection,and the use of Euler angles and general laws of motion of rigid body mathematical modelling of the system,the track can be faster calculated by the detected point as well as the median coordinates,to improve the measurement accuracy and efficiency.
