汽车转向节臂铣键槽铣床夹具的优化研究

针对目前汽车转向节臂工具在加工时采用人工定位效率低、精确性差、安全隐患大的问题,设计了一种新的用于转向节臂铣键槽铣床专用的夹具。其实现了转向节臂的快速定位和加工,同时对机床的装夹方式进行改造,将手动装夹更改为液压控制,实现了一键装夹和定位、加工。根据实际应用表明,优化后能够将汽车节向臂的加工周期降低14。2%,将其一次合格率提升到99。4%,极大地提升了加工的可靠性和效率,具有较大的应用推广价值。
Optimisation of Keyway Milling Jig for Automotive Steering Knuckle Arms
Aiming at the current automotive steering knuckle arm tooling in the processing of manual positioning low efficiency,poor accuracy,safety hazards,designed a new for the steering knuckle arm milling keyway milling machine fixture.It achieves fast positioning and machining of the steering knuckle arm,and at the same time,the clamping method of the machine tool is modified,and the manual clamping is changed to hydraulic control,which achieves one-key clamping,positioning and machining.According to the practical application,the optimisation can reduce the machining cycle time of the automotive knuckle arm by 14.2%and increase its one-time qualified rate to 99.4%,which greatly improves the reliability and efficiency of machining,and has greater application and promotion value.
