摘要
针对一种粉末压片设备半自动化改造进行了研究,从工艺分析、改进方案总体设计、关键机构设计与功能实现、控制系统等方面进行了阐述.设备改造后可以显著降低人工劳动强度,提高生产过程安全性,对于压力成形等相似危险作业场所升级改造具有十分重要的推广意义.
Abstract
The semi-automatic transformation of a powder tablet pressing equipment is studied,and it is elaborated from the aspects of process analysis,general design of the improvement scheme,design and function implementation of key mechanism,and control system,etc.The transformation can significantly reduce manual labour and improve the safety of production process.The transformation of the equipment can significantly reduce the manual labour intensity and improve the safety of the production process,which is of great importance for the upgrading and transformation of pressure forming and other similar hazardous workplaces.
