针对薄壁钨铜合金盒体零件在连续加工过程中重要尺寸出现无规律偏差问题,通过测量数据采集、理论分析和实际验证推断出产生偏差的原因。将传统方案改进为机内检测和机内补偿方案,最后进行了小批量生产验证,对零件尺寸进行三坐标检测,重要尺寸均符合公差范围,表明该改进工艺对薄壁钨铜合金盒体零件高效连续生产具有重要意义。
Optimization and Improvement of Tungsten-Copper Alloy Parts Production Scheme Based on Tungsten-Copper Alloy
In order to solve the problem of irregular deviation of important dimensions of thin-walled tungsten-copper alloy box parts during continuous machining,the reasons for the deviation were deduced through measurement data collection,theoretical analysis and practical verification.The traditional program is improved to in-machine inspection and in-machine compensation program,and finally the small batch production is verified,and the important dimensions of the part dimensions are within the tolerance range by coordinate inspection,which indicates that the improved process is of great significance for the efficient continuous production of thin-walled tungsten-copper alloy box parts.
