某型辅助动力装置集油总管检查装置设计研究

集油总管各喷嘴流量分布不均、喷嘴积碳堵塞等原因是导致某型辅助动力装置起动不成功的主要原因之一,现场仅能作目视定性检查,一般需将集油总管返厂检查。参考厂内检查设备工作原理,设计制作一套可用于用户现场检查的检查装置,便于开展定量检查,准确定位故障并开展现场排故,减少返厂数量,降低对客户的使用影响。另外,该检查装置对解决具有类似结构的辅助动力装置起动困难问题具有一定的参考价值。
Design of Oil Collecting Main Inspection Device for a Certain Type of Auxiliary Power Unit
Uneven flow distribution of the nozzles in the oil collector manifold and carbon blockage of the nozzles are one of the main reasons for unsuccessful start-up of a certain type of auxiliary power unit,which can only be visually and qualitatively inspected at the site,and it is generally necessary to return the oil collector manifold to the factory for inspection.With reference to the working principle of the inspection equipment in the factory,we designed and produced a set of inspection device that can be used for on-site inspection by customers,which is convenient for carrying out quantitative inspection,accurately locating faults and carrying out on-site troubleshooting,reducing the number of returns to the factory and lowering the impact on the use of the customer.In addition,this inspection device has certain reference value for solving the problem of starting difficulty of auxiliary power unit with similar structure.
