为了解决CMZY4-200/35钻装机在使用过程中所存在的定位精确差、可靠性不足的难题,在对钻装机常见问题进行分析的基础上针对性地提出了新的优化方案。通过建立智能定位调控系统将钻装机的定位精度提升了70%;通过钻机操作平台优化、油管转接块优化实现了掘进机应用可靠性的提升,将巷道掘进效率提升了7。4%。
Application Development of Intelligent Drilling and Anchoring Equipment for Underground Coal Mines
In order to solve the problems of poor positioning accuracy and lack of reliability of CMZY4-200/35 drilling and loading machine in the process of using,a new optimisation scheme is proposed on the basis of the analysis of the common problems of the drilling and loading machine.Through the establishment of intelligent positioning control system,the positioning accuracy of the drilling and loading machine has been improved by 70%;through the optimisation of the drilling machine operation platform and the optimisation of the oil pipe adapter block,the reliability of the roadheading machine has been improved,and the roadway drilling efficiency has been improved by 7.4%.
