Application Development of Intelligent Drilling and Anchoring Equipment for Underground Coal Mines
In order to solve the problems of poor positioning accuracy and lack of reliability of CMZY4-200/35 drilling and loading machine in the process of using,a new optimisation scheme is proposed on the basis of the analysis of the common problems of the drilling and loading machine.Through the establishment of intelligent positioning control system,the positioning accuracy of the drilling and loading machine has been improved by 70％;through the optimisation of the drilling machine operation platform and the optimisation of the oil pipe adapter block,the reliability of the roadheading machine has been improved,and the roadway drilling efficiency has been improved by 7.4％.
