Optimisation Analysis of Coal Mining Machine Spray Dust Reduction Device
Aiming at the current situation that the concentration of dust is large in the underground working face of coal mines,which seriously affects the operational safety and health of the personnel,the structural optimisation of the coal mining machine spraying dust reduction device is proposed on the basis of the analysis of the problems of the existing spraying dust reduction device.The optimisation of the spraying and dust-reducing ejector was carried out through the distribution characteristics of the dust when the cutting drum cuts the coal on the upwind side of the coal miner.According to the practical application in underground,the optimised spraying dust-reducing device can increase the total dust reduction rate to 87.5%and the respiratory dust reduction rate to 93.1%at the control room of the coal miner,which greatly improves the underground working environment.
