Modal Analysis of WCJ12E Mining Trackless Rubber Wheelbarrow Frame under Gravel Road Condition
In order to investigate the actual operation of trackless rubber wheelbarrow under gravel road condition,in this study,a typical WCJ12E articulated trackless rubber wheelbarrow frame is taken as the object of study,and the basic data of free and constrained modes of the frame under gravel road condition are computed after establishing its finite element analysis model.And then on this basis,the road surface excitation frequency and the vehicle's own operating frequency and the frame intrinsic frequency comparison,to determine whether the rubber wheel car may exist resonance phenomenon,and according to the judgment results briefly put forward the subsequent optimisation measures of the frame structure,for reference.
