矿用刮板输送机链传动有限元分析及结构优化

以SGZ1000/1050型刮板输送机的链传动结构为研究对象,利用SolidWorks和Ansys软件建立了链传动的有限元模型并进行静力学分析,发现结构尺寸有优化改进的空间。以7个关键结构参数为优化对象进行分析,通过优化使得链传动的最大应力和最大应变分别降低了41。60%和50。39%。将优化后的结构应用到工程实践中,发现链传动的故障率降低了30%以上,创造了很好的安全效益和经济效益。
Finite Element Analysis and Structural Optimisation of Chain Drive of Mining Scraper Conveyor
Taking the chain drive structure of SGZ1000/1050 scraper conveyor as the research object,the finite element model of the chain drive was established and static analysis was carried out by Solid Works and Ansys software,and it was found that there was room for optimisation and improvement of the structural dimensions.Seven key structural parameters were taken as the optimisation objects for analysis,and the maximum stress and maximum strain of the chain drive were reduced by 41.60%and 50.39%,respectively,through optimisation.The optimised structure is applied to engineering practice,and it is found that the failure rate of chain drive is reduced by more than 30%,which creates good safety and economic benefits.
