为提高刮板运输机链轮组件的密封性能,解决工作中的疑难,提升工作效能,设计人员通过手指封闭设计模式,对刮板运输机链轮组件进行建模分析,以增强其密封性。同时,还结合模拟仿真测试实验来进行研究。测试结果表明,设计的刮板运输机链轮组件指尖密封模式在理论上取得了较优的效果,有望在今后逐步推进实践应用。
Research on Sealing Effectiveness and Optimization Design of Sprocket Assembly of Coal Mine Scraper Conveyor
In order to improve the sealing performance of scraper transporter sprocket assembly,solve the difficulties in the work and improve the working efficiency.The designers model and analyze the scraper conveyor sprocket assembly through the finger closure design mode to enhance its sealing performance.At the same time,they also combined with simulation test experiments to conduct research.The test results show that the finger sealing mode of this designed scraper transporter sprocket assembly has achieved superior results in theory and is expected to gradually promote the practical application in the future.
