Research on Strength Analysis and Optimization Design of Coal Mine Hydraulic Bracket Top Beam
Aiming at the problem of roof beam damage of ZY29000/45/100D hydraulic support,the strength analysis of roof beam was carried out with the help of finite element simulation and analysis method,and the results showed that there was obvious stress concentration on the transverse reinforcement plate above the column nest of the side of the roof beam cushion block close to the roof beam cover plate,and there were different degrees of stress concentration at other positions,which was the main reason for the damage problem.The improvement of the crossbeam is carried out by increasing the thickness of the roof beam rib plate and combining the sticker plate with the inclined lap rib plate,and the simulation verification results show that the stress concentration problem of the roof beam is improved,the maximum stress value is reduced by nearly 43.6%,and the safety number reaches 1.06,which is a remarkable improvement effect.
