为了解决采煤机拖缆装置频繁出现刮卡电缆、故障率高的问题,在对拖缆装置所存在的问题进行分析的基础上,针对性地对拖缆固定板、拖缆移动板、拖缆压板和连接装置进行了优化。根据在MG2 × 200/890-WD1型采煤机上的实际应用表明,优化后彻底解决了采煤机运行过程中的刮卡电缆问题,将脱缆装置的运行故障率降低了88。2%,有效地提升了拖缆装置的应用可靠性。
Optimisation Analysis of Coal Mining Machine Towline Device
In order to solve the shortcomings of coal mining machine cable trailing device,which has frequent scraping cable and high failure rate,based on the analysis of the problems of the cable trailing device,the cable trailing fixed plate,cable trailing mobile plate,cable trailing platen and connecting device are optimised.According to the practical application on MG2 x 200/890-WD1 coal mining machine,the optimisation completely solves the problem of scraping cable during the operation of coal mining machine,reduces the failure rate of the cable removal device by 88.2%,and effectively improves the application reliability of the cable towing device.
