Research on Static Analysis and Optimisation of Reducer Box of Scraper Conveyor
In order to improve the working performance of CST gearbox under working conditions,static analysis is carried out by using numerical simulation software to analyse the stress and displacement of the gearbox under rated and maximum working conditions,and it is found that the maximum value of stress under rated working conditions is 50.43 MPa,and the maximum displacement is 0.234 mm,and the maximum value of stress under maximum working conditions is 89.45 MPa,and the maximum displacement is 0.260 mm,and the structural strength and stiffness can meet the requirements,and the redundancy is 0.260 mm.The maximum stress is 89.45 MPa,the maximum displacement is 0.260 mm,the strength and stiffness of the structure can meet the requirements,and the redundancy is large,the topology optimisation of the box is carried out,and it is found that after optimisation,the strength and stiffness of the box can meet the requirements and the weight is reduced,the optimisation scheme is feasible.
