水电站多空间布局桥机防碰撞系统应用研究与实现

为了避免三峡水电站左岸主厂房2台1 200 t和2台125 t桥式起重机运行中存在的碰撞风险,对桥式起重机防碰撞系统进行部署,通过多传感器融合、多模态感知的改进方法,综合运用3D激光雷达、2D高清彩色相机实时图像及激光测距传感器等多个数据采集装置获取数据,增加了系统的可靠性,为三峡水电站安全运行提供保障。
Application and Realisation of Collision Avoidance System for Bridge Machine with Multi-Space Layout in Hydroelectric Power Station
In order to avoid the collision risk in the operation of two 1 200 t and two 125 t bridge cranes in the left bank main plant of Three Gorges Hydropower Station,the collision avoidance system of bridge cranes is deployed,and the data are acquired by multiple data acquisition devices,such as 3D LIDAR,real-time image of 2D HD colour camera and laser range sensor,through the improvement method of multi-sensor fusion and multi-modal sensing,which increase the the reliability of the system and provide guarantee for the safe operation of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station.
