矿井带式输送机自动控制系统的设计及效果分析

为提高矿井带式输送机自动化控制水平,并实现节能高效运行,设计了基于模糊控制的带式输送机自动控制系统,并应用基于速度模糊控制方法,优化输送效率.对比分析当煤运量降到1 200t/h时,常规控制系统曲线波动明显;而基于模糊控制的控制系统,曲线在一定程度上呈现平缓,且节约效率为18%,表明该自动控制系统不仅可对带速、电流平滑作业,且降耗明显.
In order to improve the automatic control level of mine belt conveyor,and to achieve energy-saving and efficient operation.A belt conveyor automatic control system based on fuzzy control is designed,and a speed-based fuzzy control method is applied to optimise the conveying efficiency.Comparative analysis when the coal transport volume down to 1 200 t/h,the conventional control system curve fluctuation is obvious;and based on the fuzzy control control system,the curve to a certain extent presents a flat,and the saving efficiency of 18%,indicating that the automatic control system not only can be on the belt speed,current smooth operation,and reduce the consumption is obvious.
