Optimisation Analysis of the Application of Automatic Height Adjustment Hydraulic System of Underground Coal Mining Machine
In order to further improve the automation and intelligence level of underground coal mining machine operation,combined with the current situation of underground coal mining machine height adjustment in a coal mining enterprise,the hydraulic system of automatic height adjustment for underground coal mining machine is optimally designed.Firstly,the overall scheme is optimised,and then the main points of the optimised design of the system are discussed from the hardware and software levels respectively.Finally,the system is tested in practice,and the test results show that the hydraulic system for automatic height adjustment of underground coal mining machine obtained by this optimisation design has certain advantages in all the main indexes,which proves that it has certain application value.
