摘要
汽车变速箱的装配质量影响着汽车的性能,为了实现变速箱装配效率更高、质量更优,且能追根溯源,使用柔性装配线进行生产.首先根据生产情况对变速箱柔性装配线的组成与特点进行分析,基于此简要地对装配工位开展研究;对PROFIBUS现场总线控制以及PLC进行研究分析,对控制系统进行了相关设计,并通过仿真验证了柔性装配线的可行性,为变速箱柔性装配线的进一步落实奠定基础.
Abstract
The assembly quality of automobile gearbox affects the performance of automobile,in order to achieve higher efficiency and better quality of gearbox assembly,and can trace the root cause,the use of flexible assembly line for production.First of all,according to the production of the composition and characteristics of the gearbox flexible assembly line is analysed,based on which a brief study of the assembly station;PROFIBUS fieldbus control and PLC research and analysis,the control system design,and through simulation to verify the feasibility of the flexible assembly line,to lay the foundation for the further implementation of the flexible assembly line for the gearbox.
