为进一步提高煤矿地面瓦斯抽采工作的效率和节能目标,结合实际需求,从基本结构和软硬件等多个角度着手,初步对煤矿地面瓦斯抽采泵节能监控系统进行开发与设计,再结合煤矿实际情况对其进行初步测试。测试结果显示,该系统主要功能均正常运行,且在精度和节能效果上较为突出,有望在今后的工作中得到进一步推广应用。
Development and Application of Energy-Saving Monitoring System for Coal Mine Surface Gas Extraction Pumps
In order to further improve the efficiency and energy-saving target of coal mine surface gas extraction,combining with the actual demand,we initially develop and design the energy-saving monitoring system of coal mine surface gas extraction pumps from the perspectives of basic structure and hardware and software,and carry out the preliminary test in combination with the actual situation of the coal mine.The test results show that the main functions of this system are running normally,and the accuracy and energy-saving effect is more prominent,which is expected to be further popularized and applied in the future work.
