摘要
基于采煤机调高系统基本结构,介绍了一种适用于采煤机调高系统自动化控制的自动调高控制系统.此设计主要包括硬件设计和软件设计两部分,其中硬件设计包括电器元件选型、CAN总线设计、电气原理图设计;软件设计包括记忆截割控制程序设计、记忆截割路径优化子程序设计,以期为相关采煤机自动调高控制系统设计提供理论参考.
Abstract
Based on the basic structure of coal mining machine height-adjustment system,a design of automatic height-adjustment control system is introduced,which is applicable to the automatic control of coal mining machine height-adjustment system.This design mainly includes hardware design and software design,of which the hardware design includes electrical component selection,CAN bus design,electrical schematic design;software design includes memory cutoff control program design,memory cutoff path optimization subroutine design,which provides references for relateel steaf.
